A novel treatment produced by researchers at Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center in Jerusalem, has been found to dramatically decrease the degree of muscle weakness in myasthenia gravis. EN101antisense is an anti-cholinesterase, which prevents the production of the enzyme that degrades Ach at the NMJ.
